Return Requests

  • You can request a return within 1–2 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packed in the original packaging.

  • Perishable goods may be subject to additional quality checks.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your bank account within a few business days.

  • Refunds are only applicable to eligible items as per our policy.


Free Replacements

We’re happy to offer free replacements for:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Defective products

  • Orders with incorrect items delivered
